This procedure makes the ears more symmetrical and brings them into balance with the rest of the face. Whether due to a detachment of the ear auricle or a malformation, ear surgery can improve the appearance of the ears.

How long does the procedure take?

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and takes one to one hour and a half.

What will happen in the days after the procedure?

Your ears will be covered with a bandage for one week. After that, you should wear a tennis headband day and night for two weeks. Your ears may be swollen for about three weeks after the operation.

Is a recovery period required?

You can return to work 48 hours after the surgery and resume physical activity gradually about three weeks after the procedure.
