RHINOPLASTY

RHINOPLASTY

Rhinoplasty (or nose surgery) is designed to improve the appearance of the nose or correct nasal malformations. Thanks to this procedure, you’ll be able to breathe fully. Your nose will also match the rest of your face perfectly!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does the procedure take?
The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes one to four hours, depending on its complexity. Exceptionally, nasal tip surgery can be performed under local anesthesia.
Will I have a scar?
Incisions are made inside the nose or, in some cases, externally. However, they aren’t generally visible.
What will happen in the days after the procedure?
You will need to wear a splint on your nose for 7 to 10 days after surgery. In some cases, splints will be set inside your nose. To reduce swelling, you should keep your head elevated for the first few nights.
Is a recovery period required?
You can return to work one week after the procedure and resume physical activity gradually three weeks after the surgery.
