INVAGINATED OR INVERTED NIPPLE TREATMENT

INVAGINATED OR INVERTED NIPPLE TREATMENT

Many women have invaginated or inverted nipples. This condition, which is more frequent than most people think, is easily corrected by a simple and safe procedure performed under local anesthesia. We’ll be there to answer all your questions about this procedure that will help you get the breasts that will make you feel beautiful and confident.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does this procedure involve?
A tiny incision will be made just below the nipple. Since dissolving stitches will be used, the scar will be almost invisible.
How long does the procedure take?
The surgery is performed under local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes.
What will happen in the days following the operation?
You’ll need to wear a special type of dressing for two to four weeks. You’ll likely experience loss of sensation for some time, up to a year. Don’t worry, though; this is a normal side effect.
Is a recovery period required?
You can return to work immediately or the day after the procedure.
