THE INTERVENTION

During this intimate cosmetic surgery, Dr. Coeugniet removes excess tissue from the labia minora. It involves making your labia minora smaller and then closing the incisions with melting points. Several techniques are feasible in this direction. These will disappear two weeks after the surgery.

The final results can be appreciated after about 1 month.

The procedure leaves no visible scar and helps keep all the sensitivity of the labia minora.

What does this procedure consist of?

It involves making your labia minora smaller and then closing the incisions with melting points. These will disappear two weeks after the surgery.

How long does the intervention last?

This procedure is performed under local anesthesia and takes between 30 and 60 minutes.

How will the days after the operation unfold?

You will need to clean the scars with water or wipes after each trip to the bathroom for two weeks. You will also need to apply an antiseptic ointment or just topical iodine without a bandage, thus leaving the scars open. The day after surgery, you can take a shower or a sitz bath. However, you will have to wait 2 weeks to take a bath or spa and to bathe.

Should I plan for a recovery period?

You can return to work after a few days, or even immediately, as the case may be. Physical activity can be resumed after three or four weeks. You can resume sexual activities after 3 to 4 weeks.
